We are 1 month away from the "New Year's Resolutions" overwhelm. But if you've been following along with me for very long, you know that I strongly dislike this concept. Are You Ready For A New Year Today?

I came up with a 4 Week Program to help you start reaching your goals and living your best life. Don't wait for "New Year, New Me" - Let's get started today!

As you think about closing up another year, I'd like you to intentionally focus on a couple of questions:

  • Do you feel like something is missing in your life?
  • Are you constantly feeling a sense of dissatisfaction with things?
  • Have you noticed that you might be becoming a version of yourself that you don't like?

We'll dig more into your answers going forward, but firstly I want you to know that you're not alone. Many women struggle with low level dissatisfaction that can ultimately lead to losing touch with their happiness. Whether you're a wife, mother, small business owner or a SAHM, you deserve to feel joy every day. To feel energized by your life rather than drained by it.

Let's go over some tips and techniques to help you reclaim your happiness and overcome that sense of dissatisfaction.

1. Identify the root of the problem:

The first step in overcoming low-level dissatisfaction is to identify the source of the problem. It's essential to explore your inner thoughts and emotions and learn why you're feeling this way. Are you not satisfied with your work, your relationship, or your personal life? Once you've identified the root cause, you can start working on solutions to improve those areas of your life.

2. Take care of yourself:

Taking care of yourself is crucial when it comes to mental and emotional well-being. Make time for a daily self-care routine that includes activities that you enjoy, such as reading, journaling, or exercising. Come up with something unique to you and your tastes! {I'd love to hear what it is.} Ensure that you get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet, and drink plenty of water. When you prioritize yourself, it becomes easier to manage your emotions, and you feel happier overall.

3. Practice Mindfulness:

Mindfulness is all about focusing on the present moment and accepting it without judgment. By practicing mindfulness, you learn to identify and replace negative thoughts with positive ones. You can practice mindfulness in many ways, such as meditation, breathing exercises, or yoga. We practice this in the Revitalized Sisterhood constantly. I even crested printable tools that help us to intentionally flip the narrative and squash negative thoughts multiple times a day. By grounding yourself in the present, you'll find it easier to appreciate and enjoy the small things in life.

4. Set Realistic Goals:

Setting goals is essential to keep yourself motivated and work towards the improvements you seek. But, it's equally important to set achievable targets that will gradually lead to significant progress. Break your goals down into small, manageable steps that you can celebrate every time you achieve them. Remember, each step you take towards your goals brings you closer to that sense of purpose.

5. Connect with others:

Connecting with others is vital to your well-being. Make time for social interactions with friends and family members, or even joining groups of people who share similar interests as you. It's also essential to seek support from others; you don't have to go through tough times alone. Reach out to people you trust and ask for help when you need it.

A Fresh Start Is Closer Thank You Think

Feeling a constant low level of dissatisfaction may seem like a challenging hurdle to overcome, but it's possible. Always remember that taking care of yourself, setting achievable goals, and connecting with others are all essential to reclaiming your happiness.

Remember, happiness takes effort, but it's worth it. By implementing these tips, you'll eventually overcome your dissatisfaction, and you'll be on your way to becoming a happier version of yourself.
