Why do we do our 90 day goal setting? We need to track our progress to achieving our goals. HABITS is the foundation for goal setting and staying consistent. Don't make your goals too difficult and keep them fun!
We worked on a Bingo Habits Sheet this month! It is proven that when you "gamify" your life, which includes goals and habits, you are more likely to achieve them.
New habits take an average of 21 days to create and 90 days to become a part of your everyday life. Habit stacking is where it's at ladies! Stay consistent and be patient.
Change does not happen over night!
