I'm curious... have you heard that your BODY category is one of the easiest places to focus your energy to get quick, trackable results? Or that it is the easiest area to create lifestyle-type habits because of your new commitment to BODY?
Here is why I believe that BELIEF based goals have the most impact on our progress and how to set yourself up to achieve them.
Understand The Power of Beliefs
First let's establish what BELIEFS are.
Beliefs are the ideas and thoughts that we hold to be true about ourselves, others, and the world around us.These beliefs form the foundation of our personality, behavior, and actions. Therefore, it's important to recognize the power of beliefs.
When we have positive, empowering beliefs about ourselves and our abilities, we are more likely to accomplish our goals and life a satisfying life.
However, limiting beliefs can hold us back from achieving what we want. So, before you start creating your goals, take time to reflect on your beliefs and how they are impacting your life.

Identify Your Core Values
Your core values are the principles that guide your life and actions. They are the things that are most important to you and they influence your thoughts, decisions, and behavior.
When you align your goals with your core values, you are more likely to stay motivated and focused. For example, if family is one of your core values, you may want to set a goal to spend more quality time with your loved ones. If personal growth is important to you, you may want to set a goal to read one self-help book per month.
Set SMART Goals
SMART goals are:
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Relevant
Time-Bound
When you set SMART goals, you are more likely to achieve them. An example of a SMART goal is:
"I will create a positive affirmation about my abilities and repeat it every morning for the next 30 days."
This goal is specific (create positive affirmation), measurable (repeat it every morning), attainable (this is doable for more people), relevant (it aligns with your belief), and time-bound (30 days).
Create A Plan Of Action
Once you've set your SMART goals, it's time to create a plan of action. This means breaking down your goal into smaller, manageable steps.
If your goal is to create a positive affirmation, your action steps may include researching affirmations online, choosing one that really resonates with you, writing it down, and creating a tracker to help you remember to repeat it every morning.
By breaking it down into smaller steps, you will feel less overwhelmed and more in control of your progress.
Track Your Progress
Tracking your progress is important for staying motivated and to be able to identify any bottlenecks preventing you from success. You can use a journal, habit tracker, app, or planner to monitor your progress.
Adjust When Needed
If you find that your plan of action isn't working, don't be afraid to make adjustments! Maybe you need to change your affirmation to one that feels more authentic to you. Or maybe how you started tracking your progress doesn't fit your lifestyle as well as you thought. The point is to be flexible in HOW you reach your goal, but staying true to reaching that end goal.
Creating goals in the BELIEFS category is a powerful way to empower yourself as a woman.
By understanding the power of beliefs, identifying your core values, setting SMART goals, creating a plan of action, and tracking your progress, you can achieve your dreams and become the best version of yourself. Remember that the key is to stay focused on what's most important to you and to adjust your plan of action when needed.
I've created a printable planner that not only helps you keep track of your day and habits, but it helps you identify your core beliefs, set quarterly goals based on those beliefs, and even has a few other tools to help conquer those limiting beliefs that we talked about at the beginning of this blog.
